About these terms
This website is operated by Garah Pravesh (GarahPravesh), a sole proprietorship registered under MSME, Tricity Trade Tower, Patiala Road, Zirakpur, Punjab 140603, a Punjab RERA registered agent (PBRERA-SAS79-REA2620). “You” means anyone who visits or uses the site.
What this website is for
The site provides general information about properties, locations, buying processes, calculators and related services in the Chandigarh Tricity region, and lets you contact us. It is not an offer to sell, a solicitation, or a contract of sale for any property. Any booking or purchase is made directly with the developer under the developer’s own documents.
Our role
For most projects listed here, GarahPravesh acts as an authorised channel partner or agent. We are not the developer, promoter or seller, and we do not control a project’s construction, approvals, pricing, possession or delivery. Our services, such as property checks, registration support or advisory, are provided only under a separate written quote or agreement; browsing this site or sending an enquiry does not create an advisory or agency relationship.
Accuracy of information
We take care to keep information accurate, but project details, prices, availability, specifications, payment plans and timelines are supplied or approved by developers and change without notice. Images, layouts and renders are illustrative. Please read our Disclaimer and verify everything with the developer and on the RERA website before you decide or pay.
Calculators and tools
Calculators (EMI, stamp duty, affordability and others) give estimates based on the figures you enter and assumptions that may not match your lender, state rules or circumstances. They are for guidance only and are not financial, tax or legal advice.
Document Center and document templates
The Document Center offers free draft formats such as rent agreements, receipts, notices, letters and checklists. By using it you agree that:
- They are general drafts, not legal advice. Templates are written in plain language for common situations. They may not suit your facts, your property or the latest law, and they have not been prepared for your particular transaction. Using one does not create a lawyer–client relationship with GarahPravesh or anyone else.
- You are responsible for what you create. You choose the details, the clauses and the way the document is signed, stamped and registered. Please read the final document fully and have an advocate check it before signing, especially for agreements to sell, powers or authority letters, long leases or large amounts.
- Stamp duty and registration are your responsibility. Whether a document needs stamp paper, notarisation or registration depends on its type, term and the state rules. Check this with the sub-registrar or an advocate before you rely on it.
- Checklists and official links are guides. Fees, forms, portals and procedures are changed by authorities without notice and may be out of date.
- Lawful use only. Do not use the templates to deceive anyone, to create false or backdated records, or to evade tax, stamp duty or law. We may restrict access if the service is misused.
- Licence. You may use a document you create for your own transaction. You may not resell the templates, copy them in bulk, or present them as your own product.
- Languages. If a document is offered in more than one language, the version you sign and the one a court or office reads should be the same. Where meaning differs, check with an advocate.
- No guarantee. The service is free and provided “as is”. It may change, pause or stop at any time, and we do not promise that a document will be accepted by any office, bank, court or person.

Property registration assistance and other services
Where we offer help with property registration or other services, we may coordinate the work ourselves or through independent advocates, document writers or other professionals. The scope, fee and timeline will be given to you in writing before you commit. Government fees, stamp duty and registration charges are set by the authorities and are separate from our fee. We do not control the decisions of any government office, and we do not guarantee approvals or timelines.
Your use of the site
You agree not to: use the site unlawfully; submit false or someone else’s details without their permission; send spam or harmful code; scrape or copy the site in bulk; interfere with its operation; or attempt unauthorised access. We may restrict access if these terms are broken.
Enquiries and contact
When you submit your details you confirm they are yours (or that you have permission to share them) and that we, and the developer of the project you asked about, may contact you about it. See the Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.
Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics and compilation of this site belong to GarahPravesh or are used with permission. Project names, logos, renders and brochures belong to their respective developers. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy or republish content without written permission.
Third-party links and content
The site links to services we do not control, such as Google Maps, YouTube, Amazon, social networks, the RERA portal and developer websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law permits, GarahPravesh is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website, including decisions made on the basis of its information, or from any dealing between you and a developer or other third party. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your rights as a buyer under RERA or consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update the site and these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any right you have to approach RERA or a consumer forum.
