Who we are

Garah Pravesh (“GarahPravesh”, “we”, “us”) is a sole proprietorship registered under MSME (Udyam), run by its proprietor Manoj Jangra. We are a property consultancy and authorised channel partner based at Tricity Trade Tower, Patiala Road, Zirakpur, Punjab 140603. We are a Punjab RERA registered real estate agent (registration no. PBRERA-SAS79-REA2620). We decide why and how the information described below is used, which makes us the “data fiduciary” under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us or what your browser sends automatically.

Enquiry details: your phone or WhatsApp number, and your name or email if you provide them, along with the project or service you asked about and the page you submitted from.
Messages and calls: what you tell us when you call, WhatsApp, email or visit our office, including your budget, location and property preferences.
Service requests: if you ask for a service such as property registration assistance, the details you give in that request (for example the property, location and your contact details).
Technical data: basic information such as device type, browser, pages viewed and approximate location, collected through server logs and, where enabled, standard analytics tools.

We do not ask for Aadhaar, PAN, bank or card details through this website. Please do not send them through the enquiry form.

Why we use it

To call, WhatsApp or email you about the project or service you asked about.
To share brochures, price information, site-visit details and updates you requested.
To pass your enquiry to the relevant developer or their authorised sales team so that you can get a quote, schedule a visit or complete a booking. We do this only for the project you enquired about.
To improve this website and our services.
To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including RERA record-keeping.

Our basis for doing this is your consent, which you give by submitting a form, pressing Accept on the cookie banner, or contacting us, and, where the law allows, a legitimate use connected to your request.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

the developer or sales team of a project you enquired about;
property registration support partners and advocates, only when you ask for registration assistance, and only the details needed for that request;
service providers who help us run the website, our communications and our advertising (for example hosting, email, messaging, analytics and advertising providers such as Google, Meta and Microsoft, for the purposes described under Cookies), who may use it only to provide those services; and
government or regulatory authorities where the law requires it.

Developers have their own privacy practices once they receive your details.

Calls, WhatsApp and messages

By sharing your number you agree that we may contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time by telling us on the same channel or writing to info@garahpravesh.com, and we will stop. If your number is registered on the National Customer Preference Register (Do Not Disturb), you are free to ask us to contact you anyway, and we will do so only for the enquiry you made.

Document Center: what stays on your device

Our free Document Center (rent agreements, receipts, checklists and similar drafts) is built so that the details you type stay on your device.

What you type is not sent to us. The document is assembled inside your browser. We do not receive, see or store names, addresses, amounts, photographs or any other content you enter, and we do not need an account or sign-in.
Photographs you add are processed in your browser only, and location and camera data is removed from them before they are placed in your document.
Files you save (a .gpdoc draft, a printed PDF or a Word file) go to your own device. We cannot recover them for you, so please keep your own copy.
Anonymous usage count. When you print or download, the page adds one to a daily counter for that document type, so we know which documents are useful. The counter holds no name, IP address, device ID or content, and sets no cookie.

Please do not type Aadhaar, PAN or bank details into a document. The templates leave those as blank lines for you to write by hand.

Cookies, analytics and third-party services

Your choice. When you first visit, a short banner asks whether we may use analytics and advertising cookies. Nothing in this paragraph other than essential site functions runs until you press Accept. If you press Decline or ignore the banner, those tools stay off. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which shows the banner again.

What we use if you accept.

Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, in aggregated reports.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure and improve our advertising, and to show our ads to people who visited the site. Meta receives page-visit data linked to cookie identifiers.
Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use pages, through anonymised clicks, scrolling and screen replays. Text you type into forms is masked.

Without cookies. Google Search Console reads search data from Google, not from your browser. Our hosting keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) to keep the site secure and working, for a limited period. The Document Center sets no cookies.

Third-party content. Some pages load content from other providers: Google Fonts, Google Maps and OpenStreetMap map tiles, YouTube videos and WhatsApp links. When it loads, that provider can receive your IP address and device details and may set its own cookies under its own policy. Links to Amazon, social networks and the RERA portal work the same way.

Other controls. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings or use private browsing; the site and Document Center still work. Opt-outs: Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and Meta ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.

How long we keep it

Anonymous Document Center counts are kept as totals. Server logs are kept for a limited period. We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to help you and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and record-keeping, and longer only where the law requires. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may ask us to: tell you what personal information we hold about you; correct or update it; delete it; or withdraw your consent. Write to info@garahpravesh.com from the contact details you gave us (or call us) and we will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.

Children

This website is meant for adults looking at property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Other people's details

If you enter another person’s details (for example a tenant, landlord or witness) into a document or enquiry, please make sure you have their permission. Documents made in the Document Center stay on your device, so you are the one who holds and shares them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version.
